Leah Reid - Director of Operations

Leah joined Modern CPAs® in June 2025. As Director of Operations, Leah is dedicated to streamlining processes, enhancing team collaboration, and ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. She has a knack for solving complex problems and enjoys building systems that support both clients and internal teams.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from Western Michigan University and brings over 15 years of experience working with and consulting for accounting firm owners and their staff. Her career has spanned day-to-day operations, technology implementation, and strategic consulting, with a strong emphasis on helping businesses cultivate a healthy company culture and deliver an intentional client experience.

Leah works remotely from her home office in Michigan. Outside of work, she loves finding time for intentional movement through yoga and long walks, trying new restaurants and traveling with her husband, Connor. Spending time with family and friends is especially important to her, and she shares her home with a sweet pup named Remy and two wild cats who run the household.
