Bri Giuntoli - Tax Senior

Bri joined Modern CPAs® in January 2026 as a Tax Senior. She brings over three years of tax experience focused on business entities, along with prior experience as an intern with Modern CPAs®. Her background includes working closely with pass-through entities and supporting business clients through compliance and tax planning, with an emphasis on building strong client relationships and helping businesses navigate the tax landscape with confidence.

After completing her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting at Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo in 2022, Bri began her full-time tax career in Orange County, where she was born and raised. She is currently working toward earning her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Outside of work and CPA studying, Bri enjoys being outdoors, whether camping, hiking, or spending time at the beach, as well as traveling. She’s also a big sports fan who can often be found watching the Dodgers or cheering on the Packers.
